Here’s a list of ingredients you need:
- Naan bread or use any store-bought thin bread, flatbread, or pita
- Cheese and I’m using a combination of grated parmesan & mozzarella cheese
- Bacon or can be substituted with breakfast sausages
- Eggs. Fresh eggs work the best
- Shishito peppers if you like something spicy
- Parsley, green onion for garnish
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
How to make breakfast naan pizza
- Slice the bacon and fry in a large pan over medium-high heat until crisp. Let cool
- Preheat the oven to 400F
- Place naan bread on a baking tray, sprinkle with cheese, bacon, shishito peppers
- Add 1 egg on each naan bread and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 10-12 mins
- Sprinkle with green onions and parsley on top, and enjoy
Air fryer breakfast pizza
You can make breakfast pizza in an air fryer. To do so:
- Slice the bacon and fry in a large pan over medium-high heat until crisp. Let cool
- Place naan bread on a baking tray, sprinkle with cheese, bacon, shishito peppers
- Add 1 egg on each naan bread and season with salt and pepper.
- Air fry the pizzas for 5-8 minutes at 400 degrees F, depending on how you like your eggs done
- Sprinkle with green onions and parsley on top, and enjoy
Variations
Naan. If you don’t have naan available, use any store-bought thin bread, flatbread, or pita
Mozzarella. Use fresh mini mozzarella balls instead of shredded mozzarella cheese
Add veggies! Top this pizza with arugula or sprinkle with fresh cilantro
Make it fancy by adding slices of smoked salmon
No bacon? Substitute it with prosciutto for an even easier to make naan flatbread pizza
Storing
This naan bread cheese is best served warm and right out of the oven. However, you can store the leftovers in plastic wrap and in the fridge for up to two days.
To reheat, unwrap naan pizza and heat them in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 200F.

Ingredients
- 2 naan bread
