It’s true! I love salmon and if you check my blog, I’ve shared more than five salmon recipes, including this seared salmon with roasted corn salsa or instant pot miso salmon. And here is an easy baked salmon bowl recipe to kick the new year with a healthier you!

Why easy? Thanks to Gorton’s, this simply bake salmon bowl does not need any preparation and no mess involved but delivers restaurant-quality flavor.

What goes with easy baked salmon bowl?

I like my combination with shredded lettuce, carrots, roasted corn, avocado, roasted bell peppers, cucumbers, and jalapeños over a bed of brown rice quinoa.

Not a fan of corn? Use less of it or leave it out altogether. Want to add some jalapenos for an extra spicy punch? Go ahead and spice it up!

Remember that this easy baked salmon recipe is meant to be customized according to your taste so don’t worry at all if you don’t have or don’t like a certain ingredient.
