This easy baked salmon bowl is packed to the brim with veggies, salmon, and super easy to make. Eating healthy does not have to be bland or boring. Imagine that!
- 1 package of Gorton’s Simply Bake Salmon
- 1 cup sliced cucumber
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup sliced carrot
- Sliced jalapenos, optional
- Cook salmon according to the package direction.
- In 2 bowls, layer 1/2 the rice and 1 salmon, then half of the rest of the ingredients.
