Ingredients

lilikoi fruit or passion fruit
halved and scoop the seeds and juice

tablespoons
unsalted butter
2
medium egg yolks or 1 large egg yolk
2
tablespoons
sugar
to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a pot and stir over low heat until it begins to curd, for about 7 minutes.
