Set the air fryer to 360°F
Place the chicken tenders in a single layer in an air fryer and air fry for 11-12 minutes, or according to the packaging direction
While the chicken strips are cooking, add the BBQ sauce, hot sauce, honey, and Korean red pepper flakes to a medium saucepot and heat over medium heat. Bring the sauce to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, about 2-3 minutes. Remove the sauce from the heat
Dip the cooked chicken tenders in the sauce to completely coat on all sides
Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dipping sauce
