Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Stack the bacon strips directly on top of one another in piles. Slice the strips in half lengthwise and cut horizontally into chunks.
Add the bacon into a cast skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes over medium high heat; then transfer to the oven for 20 minutes. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
Preheat the broiler on high.
Discard extra liquid of bacon fat, but let the cast skillet is lightly coated in bacon fat.
Pour chocolate chips in an even layer into the bottom of the skillet.
Pour bourbon over chocolate; then sprinkle with crumbly bacon bits.
Spread the marshmallows over the chocolate chips, covering the chocolate on a single layer completely.
Bake for 5-7 minutes or until marshmallows are toasted to your preference.
Serve in the skillet and use graham cracker squares for dipping.
