Ingredients

  • 1 can 15.5 oz. garbanzo beans
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1.5-2 cups olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 4 kaffir lime leaves or 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened dried coconut flakes optional
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • Start by rinsing and draining the chickpeas. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.¬†Once the mixture is processed into a nice smooth(ish) paste, adjust the salt or lime to your liking.
