Soak black glutinous rice in water overnight. Drain the rice.
Add the rice, pandan leaves, water, and sugar into the Instant Pot. Give a good stir.
Close the lid and press on pressure cooker. Put on high pressure and set the timer to cook for about 1 hour 15 minutes. Ensure that the steam release is locked.
Let the Instant Pot release the steam naturally. Add a pinch of salt (or sugar) and mix well.
Enjoy with coconut milk or cream on top
