Heat oil in a large wok or a large skillet over medium high heat
Add garlic and onion, then stir fry for 30 seconds
Add the duck meat, rice, and tomato, and stir fry 2 minutes
Pour the sauce and toss until all the rice is coated with the sauce
Push everything to one side of the wok and pour in the egg and scramble it quickly
Add basil and mix well
Turn off the heat, garnish with sliced cucumbers, and drizzle with sesame oil over it
