Ingredients
Everyday Flaky Dough (by Huckleberry):

cups/ 250 gr all-purpose flour

cup/ 50gr sugar

bk. powder

salt

cup/ 220gr cold unsalted butter
cubed
1/4
cup/ 60 ml water
Lemon Curd:
3
eggs
1
cup
sugar
1/2
cup
lemon juice
Lemon zest from 1 lemon
1/4
cup
butter
Instructions
Lemon Curd: In a pan, combine the eggs, sugar, lemon juice and zest. Keep whisking under medium-high heat.
Add the butter and continue whisking until thick.
Let is cool and spoon to tart. Cover and refrigerate until you're ready to eat.
