Crispy Air Fryer Fish & Chips — Easy, Light, and Totally Tasty

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chilled cod
  • 3 potatoes peeled and cut into strips
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 4 tbsp panko
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/3 tsp coriander

Instructions

  • Soak potatoes: Place cut fries in cold water for 20–30 minutes to remove starch. Dry well.
  • Cook fries: Toss with 1 tbsp olive oil + salt. Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway.
  • Bread the fish: Follow the dredging method above.
  • Air fry fish: Place in a single layer, spray lightly with oil. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Serve hot: Pair with fries, lemon wedges, and maybe a yogurt dip or tartar sauce.
