Ingredients

  • 300 g beef cubed, or use skirt steak
  • 5 tsp oyster sauce
  • Ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ small onion thinly sliced
  • White sesame seeds
  • Green onions

Instructions

  • Marinate the beef with oyster sauce and pepper. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  • Heat the butter, add the onion, then add the beef. Stir-fry until the beef changes color.
  • Add the garlic and stir-fry again until fragrant.
  • Sprinkle with white sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
