Ingredients

  • 4 loaves shokupan (Japanese milk bread) make a pocket in the center
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup mascarpone cheese
  • tablespoon sugar
  • Fresh fruits sliced

Instructions

  • Place mascarpone cheese in a medium bowl. Make it smooth with a spatula.
  • In another bowl, combine heavy cream and sugar, and whip until it forms soft peak
  • Combine the whipped cream with mascarpone cheese and fold gently with a spatula
  • Spread the cream inside the milk bread and fill with sliced fruits
