Thaw the wrapper so they are flexible enough to handle
Saute the onion for 3-5 minutes. Add ground beef, curry powder, salt, sugar, and pepper. Cook until the meat is cooked through. Let it cool
Whisk the eggs and green onion. Add ground beef to the mix
Lay 1 wrapper. Add about 1-2 tablespoons of beef to the center of the wrapper. Wet all sides of the wrapper with water and fold the wrapper like folding an envelope
Heat up the oil (make sure it's not too hot) and fry the martabak until golden brown on both sides
