Strawberry Coconut Popsicles

Strawberry coconut popsicles are easy to make, flavorful, and kid-friendly. They are filled with strawberries, coconut, and almond juice. Pop them in the freezer, and enjoy them in no time at all!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cut strawberries
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut optional
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds optional
  • 1/8 cup condensed milk or honey, maple syrup, date syrup

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a large container and mix well.
  • Refrigerate for 4 hours or until the chia seeds, if used, begin to expand.
  • Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and freeze in the fridge.
