Strawberry Coconut Popsicles
Strawberry coconut popsicles are easy to make, flavorful, and kid-friendly. They are filled with strawberries, coconut, and almond juice. Pop them in the freezer, and enjoy them in no time at all!

Ingredients

cut strawberries

unsweetened almond milk

coconut milk

shredded coconut
optional

tablespoons
chia seeds
optional

condensed milk
or honey, maple syrup, date syrup
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a large container and mix well.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or until the chia seeds, if used, begin to expand.
Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and freeze in the fridge.
