These popsicles are so easy to make, and you can’t go wrong with all the ingredients. Here are what you need:
- Strawberry. I recommend using fresh strawberries, but frozen strawberries also work. Be sure to thaw them
- Milk. I use two kinds of milk – almond milk and coconut milk
- Sweetener. I use condensed milk, but you can substitute it with honey, maple syrup, or date syrup
- Optional ingredients: shredded coconut, chia seeds
How to make easy homemade strawberry coconut popsicles at home
- Combine all the ingredients in a large container and mix well.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours or until the chia seeds, if used, begin to expand.
- Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and freeze in the fridge.
Storing
Homemade popsicles will keep for up to six months when stored in an airtight freezer-safe container in the freezer. You can also use disposable popsicle bags if you don’t have popsicle makers at home.
