Ice Cream Sundae Bar
A summer ice cream party! See how you too can turn an ordinary ice cream into this ice cream roll with additional toppings on top!

Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tbs of sugar
- 2 tbs Amaretto cherry liqueur optional
- Pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 cups pitted ripe sweet cherries
- Assorted toppings
Instructions
- Combine heavy cream, milk, sugar, and cherry liqueur in a jar.
- Spread evenly in the skillet. Add your favorite fruits and start mixing according to the instruction manuals.
- Use a thin scraper and scratch the frozen ice cream to rolls.
- Place ice cream rolls in a small container and garnish it with your favorite toppings.
