Ingredients

  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 3 medium eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and cook according to your waffle maker.
