Cream together the butter and sugar until well combined
Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract
Add the flour, baking soda, and a pinch of salt, and mix until the dough forms
Fold in the chocolate chunks with a spatula or wooden spoon
Place in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes or overnight
Line the air fryer racks with parchment paper liners. Scoop 2 tablespoons of dough balls into the basket. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350F or until golden brown and cooked through (please note that every air fryer has different heat). Allow cookies to rest for 2-3 minutes in the air fryer before removing them
