Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Vietnamese ground coffee
  • ½ cup hot water
  • 2 tablespoons Greek-style plain yogurt
  • 1-2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add Vietnamese ground coffee to the phin filter with the phin plate underneath and press gently. Place the phin filter and the plate over your heatproof cup, and then add 1 tablespoon of hot water wait for about 10-20 seconds to let the ground coffee swell and settle
  • Add the remaining hot water to the top of the phin filter. Place the lid on the filter and wait for the coffee to brew and let the coffee liquid drip into the glass. This may take a few minutes
  • Meanwhile, mix yogurt and sweetened condensed milk to combine. Divide the mixture into serving glasses and add ice cubes. Adjust the taste by adding more condensed milk
