Salted Miso Hot Chocolate

When the winter chill sets in and you’re looking for something warm to sip on, try this salted miso hot chocolate! This homemade hot chocolate is easy to make, rich, and has a delicious blend of flavors to keep you warm on a cold day.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk whole milk, oat milk
  • ½ cups dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoonns maple syrup to taste
  • 1 tablespoon white miso paste

Instructions

  • Combine milk, chocolate, and maple syrup in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir with a whisk vigourously to remove any clumps
  • Reduce the heat to low when it starts to bubble; then add miso paste. Keep whisking until miso paste is dissolved. Pour into a mug and enjoy
