Instant Pot Miso Salmon

1/31/19

Instant Pot Miso Salmon is a go-to for busy nights; it has all of the flavors you crave with this Asian inspired dish and the convenience of instant pot cooking.

Hi! Let’s make miso salmon in the Instant Pot.

Also known as: I have extra time for Netflix.

Every home chef needs a few great tools at her disposal. My new favorite is the instant pot! It has replaced so many of the small appliances in my home and is saving me a lot of under the counter space. Hint: took me years until I’ve finally decided to give it a try. I love that it functions as a rice cooker, pressure cooker, slow cooker, yogurt maker and it can even saute. Rumor has it the instant pot can even make wine. Talk about multitasking at its finest!

With the instant pot getting being used so much, it has claimed counter space as its home. I have found the perfect accessory for keeping my instant pot easily accessible and looking better than ever. The Cooker Cover is a must-have for your instant pot. Let me tell you a little more about why I recommend every instant pot chef invest in one of these.

This cover is as cute as it can be. It is made with quilted cotton and has a sturdy handle and zipper that help keep your instant pot or air fryer contained and ready to use at any time. However, the best part about the cooker cover is that it has a pocket that will your accessories! You don’t need to rummage in your drawers to find the tools you need for your instant pot.

See that photo above? The cooker cover isn’t just for instant pots; it can be used on air fryers and rice cookers as well and it will protect your appliances from grime, grease, dust, and dirt so that when you are ready to get cooking, your appliance is ready to go without any extra clean up steps!

Well, if you like a recipe with big flavors that come together in a hot second, you come to the right party! All of this talk about instant pots has to have you craving a recipe, and I have a family favorite to share with you. This Instant Pot Miso Salmon is perfect for dinner on a busy night and produces results that are even better than take-out!
