How to make Indonesian-style beef roulade
Making beef roulade takes a few steps; however, they’re easy to follow.
Beef roulade
- Beat the eggs and add a little salt. Make a thin omelet, set aside
- Mix all ingredients and roulade seasonings, stir until evenly distributed
- Take a sheet of omelet skin and spread the roulade mixture evenly on the surface of the omelet skin. Roll up and close the roulade. Then wrap it in plastic or banana leaves. Steam for about 30 minutes. Remove and chill
- Take the rolled roulade, cut into the thickness according to the taste
- Heat some cooking oil on a flat griddle. Fry and flip until both sides are browned. Remove and serve with the sauce

- Heat margarine, and saute onions until fragrant
- Add flour. Stir well
- Pour in the broth slowly while stirring until smooth
