I feel I’m constantly on a move ever since our mini foodie joined us. Especially now that he eats everything…everything, including bittermelon, peppers, and more, mealtime is more fun and cooking is more enjoyable. However, that also means, lunch and dinner need to be ready as soon as the belly growls.
Lucky me, I can make this roasted broccoli in an air fryer or oven; and this delicious vegetable is done within 20 minutes. I made this discovery with crispy baked shrimps. No fuss and simply delicious!
