Keto Berry Cheesecake Salad. A cool and refreshing low-carb and keto lemon berry fluff that is perfect for summer!
LOVE is for the way I look at cool summer desserts with fresh fruits with no guilt.
And luhhhhve is for the way I eat it all because this is keto-friendly.
I am loving the fresh and delicious fruits that are starting to pop up in the stores right now. Like these sweetest berries from Driscoll or the famous cotton candy grapes. And with this hot weather (we reached 111°F the other day), I like enjoying cold fresh fruits as much as possible. This means this keto berry cheesecake salad or keto berry fluff that has a delicious combination of cheesecake and fruits.
Guys, I’m so digging this right now. Remember these keto chocolate chip cookies or these best low-carb no-bake cookies? I have a new addiction now. This keto berry cheesecake salad. I’ve always loved the combination of lemon blueberry and it was one of the cupcakes recipes I created a while back. And as I was looking for something red white and blue, this suddenly pops into my mind. Instead of lemon blueberry or blueberry cheesecake, why not combine the two and add more ingredients for the 4th of July. And even better, why don’t we make it keto-friendly so everyone can enjoy it.
Bingo!
How to make low carb and keto berry cheesecake salad?
Easy enough. This recipe only takes 7 basic ingredients so you skip almond flour, heavy cream, or cool whip. All you need is a large bowl or a mixing bowl with fresh berries and lemon zest to make this creamy cheesecake. Yum!
Is this cheesecake salad grain free?
Totally!
Can you use frozen fruits?
In short, yes; however, it will be very watery and you will end up with a different consistency and texture than what the recipe suggests.
Is this considered a fruit salad?
You can call it that way; however, I have shared this fruit salad recipe a while back which does not involve cream cheese or heavy whipping cream.
I’m using a combination of three kinds of berries: blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries. This recipe works well with just 1 berry or a combination of 2 berries.
As you can see, this recipe is so simple to make. And if you prefer a frozen treat, just pop this keto berry cheesecake salad in the freezer for an hour or so and enjoy it like ice cream.

An outstanding share! I’ve just forwarded this onto a colleague who
was conducting a little research on this. And he in fact ordered me lunch because I stumbled
upon it for him… lol. So let me reword this….
Thanks for the meal!! But yeah, thanks for spending some time to
talk about this topic here on your blog.
When do you add the sweetener? I didn’t see it in the recipe instructions.
It’s on #3 when you add in raspberries, strawberries, lemon zest. Hope you get a chance to try this!
Where does the sweetener go?
Oh…you can add the sweetener when you add the berries in. I just updated the recipe 🙂 Thanks for catching that.
This recipe is delightful! My only question is what are the nutritional facts for this dish?
Ahhh…I need to get back to you with that ;D
So that sweetener isn’t keto it has maltitol in it. That’s horrible for blood sugar and diabetics. I used Allulose and swerve half of each.
Ahhhh I’m so glad to learn about this. Thanks for clarifying it!
