- Hashbrown potatoes to save you time
- Cheese. I use grated cheddar cheese
- Cream of chicken soup as a thickening agent
- Sour cream, mayonnaise, butter
- Garlic powder and onion powder for the seasoning
- Corn flakes cereal for garnish on top
How to assemble
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
- Lightly spray a 13×9 baking dish with cooking spray
- Add hashbrowns, cheese, soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, and seasonings in a large bowl. Mix until well combined; spread evenly into the baking dish
- Melt butter in a medium-sized microwave bowl
- Crush cornflakes and add to butter. Mix until well combined
- Sprinkle over hashbrown mixture
- Bake for 60-90 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly
