- Salmon fillet. I used Skinless for an easy-peasy one-pan meal
- Pecans. This ingredient gives the fish a uniquely crispy crunch

- Garlic. Make sure it’s finely chopped
- Dill. Fresh dill is a must! Fresh parsley or fresh thyme are good substitutions
- Parmesan. Grated
- Olive oil or any oil of your choice. I also love avocado oil
How to make oven-baked crusted salmon
- Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F. Mix pecans, dill, and 1 tablespoon olive oil in a bowl
- Grease the baking dish with the remaining olive oil. Lay out the salmon fillet. Salt it and sprinkle it with spices
- Top with a mixture of pecans and dill. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes
- Serve baked salmon right away. It is important not to overbake it in the oven, as this will make it drier
