These frozen desserts are so easy to make and only require 3 main ingredients. Here’s a list of ingredients you’ll need:
- Graham crackers (whole)
- Whipped topping, such as cool whip
- Sprinkles. Here’s a low-calorie, no-sugar-added, keto sprinkles
How to make 3 ingredient rainbow cool whip sandwiches
- Break each graham cracker sheet into two squares
- Spread about 3 tablespoons of whipped topping onto the graham crackers and use the other side to press onto the top to create the sandwich
- Smooth the edges with a small spoon, then dip each side of the sandwich into sprinkles to fully coat
- Place into a dish and set in the freezer for at least 6 hours to fully freeze
